About
As a naturopath and natural health practitioner counselling is a large part of the process. Niki offers wellness coaching to assist integration of the mind and body connection as you pursue your ultimate health goal.
Self-limiting beliefs run many of our life choices, often sabotaging our possibilities! Shining a light on these destructive ways of being, bringing in new awareness around our blocks and teaching my clients how to clear and manage them is my passion. New freedom and re-empowerment can be enjoyed when we implement these tools on a daily basis.
I also run QUANTUM SOL workshops with Katie Thane. In these workshops we aim to assist you navigate our new earth reality. This workshop offers skills, techniques and attunements to maintain and restore balance on whatever level is presenting. A life affirming set of 3 workshop (2 hours each).
This workshop is designed to assist you to rise up, connect with your authentic being, find the truth within your story, practise wild wisdom, shine and share and self-heal.
