David, had problems with his back, neck and shoulders due to heavy lifting through work in his younger years, leaving him in pain unable to work long hours even simple tasks like shopping and going for long walks were painful and difficult. Basically he has never looked back after only 4 sessions Bowen gave him relief with more freedom from pain.

The Bowen Technique is not massage,acupressure or chiropractic. There is no manipulation, adjustment or force used.Practitioner uses thumbs and fingers to gently move muscles and tissues. It offers rapid, long-lasting relief from pain and discomfort. Most conditions respond within 3-4 treatments.

A simple and powerful technique that helps relieve all kinds of pain, it is so gentle that it can be used on anyone, from newborn infants to the elderly. While it can help speed up recovery time, the Bowen Technique is not meant to replace medical treatment. David also offers Emmett and Reiki sessions which work well with Bowen.

Diane Mirosevich

Massage Therapist

Diane is a qualified massage therapist who has been trained in swedish, remedial, pregnancy, sports and hot stone massage as well as myofascial trigger point therapy. She also prescribes and prepares Bach Flower remedies which are natural essences found in flowers that can help with supporting any emotional issues that a client may have. To further enhance her interest in health and wellbeing she is currently studying for a Bachelor in Naturopathy and a Diploma in Nutritional Medicine.

Diane, believes that the power of touch through massage can make a positive difference to peoples lives by inducing relaxation, relieving stress and anxiety, decreasing fatigue and headaches, improve circulation, reduce oedema, improve range of movement and course reduce muscle tension and pain that naturally builds up from day to day activities, sports and hobbies.

Lolla Farkas

When my children were younger Lolla had an accident which totally changed her life.
